- Requests accepted within 24–48 hrs of delivery with clear photos (preferably in original packaging).
- After 48 hrs, refunds/replacements cannot be issued.

- Additional insurance needed for orders with more than 4 plants.
- No insurance = no responsibility for cold-related damage.

Order Cancellations ⚠️
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Any cancellation request will incur a 25% restocking fee.
NOTE: Orders shipping to California (CA), Idaho (ID), Oregon (OR), Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) will incur additional shipping fees for these destinations and for large orders within these regions.
