Dischidia platyphylla is a species of plant in the genus Dischidia native to the Philippines. It is an unusual creeping species that wraps itself around what it is growing on and shingles its way along.
The plant is epiphytic and grows best in a coarse, free draining soil mix, or mounted as an epiphyte. Its name (platyphylla) refers to the flattened leaves, which as it climbs may cling in a shingle-like way to trees, similar to related species like Dischidia imbricata.
