📦 Refunds & Replacements
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the plant, the original packaging, and any damage.
Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Refunds or replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
☀️ Summer Heat Policy
Live plants are sensitive to high temperatures during shipping.
Standard Shipping: Buyers assume the risk of heat-related damage. I am not responsible for damage caused by heat, shipping delays, or extended transit times.
UPS 2-Day Shipping (Upgrade): If purchased and the plant arrives with severe heat damage, you may qualify for a replacement or refund after claim review.
UPS 3 Day Select (Upgrade): If purchased, you may qualify for a 50% refund of your order for qualifying heat-related transit damage after claim review.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please message me before or immediately after placing your order. I will send you an invoice for the shipping upgrade.
❄️ Winter Protection
Winter Protection is required for coverage against cold-weather damage. Orders without Winter Protection are shipped at the buyer's risk.
🚚 Shipping
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to help reduce weekend transit delays and minimize shipping stress.
🌱 Plant Condition
Every plant is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Minor shipping stress such as bent leaves, slight yellowing, or minor cosmetic damage is normal and does not necessarily indicate an unhealthy plant.
❌ Cancellations & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final.
Approved cancellations before shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover processing, handling, inventory, and marketplace fees.
